First, we don't communicate the name of the candidate to the potential employer upon initial contact. Instead, we release the candidate's work history to the employer so that they can decide if the candidate meets their requirements.

Next, and upon mutual agreement, we set up a series of private face-to-face meetings or conference calls where the employer and candidate meet and discuss the career opportunity in confidence.

Last, we negotiate a compensation package that is agreeable to both parties. Upon acceptance of the compensation terms and employment, Prime Candidate recommends to each party how to announce the new relationship to the industry for the most beneficial results.
