Our Story and Founder
Pat Bigley
A veteran of the entertainment industry, Pat founded Prime Candidate, Inc. in 1998. Beginning her career as a booking agent for musical and variety artists, Pat's exceptional "people skills" led her to profitable careers at a number of reputable firms including the ownership of a large CPA firm located in the Midwest. Later, Pat founded The Bigley Talent Agency in 1991, specializing in film and TV casting and packaging projects.
Pat’s interest in the human element led her to Search Associates, Inc., where she found her way into the electronic media/entertainment recruitment group. After a short time with Search Associates, Pat left to establish Prime Candidate, Inc., her own recruiting agency specifically focused on the interactive entertainment industry.
Now, 25+ years later, Pat has established herself and Prime Candidate, Inc. as a highly respected International Recruiting Company with thousands of contacts within the game industry. The company specializes in staffing at all levels of positions from Executive, C-Level candidates to Marketing/Sales, Engineers, Producers, Artists, Designers and whatever positions the companies need to fill. Our focus is on filling the positions as quickly as possible in order to assist the company with the search. We pride ourselves on bringing quality people to each position.
